Like so.
The compound has a series of rooms, elevators and laboratories atop which sits his office/sleeping quarters where he watches what goes on inside and on the compound grounds.
How does Trevor keep tabs? With a series of cameras like these posted all over the compound.
Perfectly legit. Outside on the grounds, however, are his turrets. However, due to recent events Trevor has put them out of commission...in favor of snares which can easily trap any intruding limbs and amputate just as easily.
One more thing...due to Trevor's personal tastes and totalitarian goals it's most likely a visitor may come across one of Trevor's pet projects...just a word of caution
